Can Non-Villains also qualify as Entertaingly Detestable and also can villains who are both Inconsistently Admirable and Inconsistently Heinous, or Near Pure Evil also qualify as Entertaingly Detestable too.

Non-villain: Squidward
IA/IH: Walter White
IA/NPE: Anime Light Yagami (only example of this currently on the wiki but I doubt that Hiro Shishigami doesn’t also count here)
