If these things you listed are not considered to make her too detestable to be a Magnificent Baddie and the reason why she was cut was simply due to how emotionally unstable she is, then she can't be Entertainingly Detestable either.

Yeah, I have to agree with Complete monster and say no. She’s not detestable enough and the reason she was cut from MB is because the sequel comics make her too broken. It doesn’t help that characters like Ozai, Zhao, Hou-Ting and Long Feng are far more hateable.
