2nd Dimension Heinz Doofenshmirtz is the main antagonist of the Phineas and Ferb movie Across the Second Dimension.
He's the 2nd Dimension counterpart of Heinz Doofenshmirtz.
He's far more evil than his other dimension counterpart as he turned the Tri-State Area into a dictatorship.
He was voiced by Dan Povenmire.

What Makes Him Entertaining?[]
- Like his other dimension counterpart he still has some comedic moments such as creating the iconic meme about Doofenshmirtz saying "if I had a nickel for every time a puppet insulted me I'd have two nickels it isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice".
- He has huge Evil is Cool vibes since he's more successful than his other dimension counterpart, he's also very intimidating at times.
- Like with his other dimension counterpart Dan Povenmire's performance is beloved by many.
- He was originally affable to his other dimension counterpart.
- He cares about his wife and daughter like his other dimension counterpart.
What Makes Him Detestable?[]
- Unlike his other dimension counterpart he's far pettier since all that happened to him is that he lost his toy train
- He turned the Tri-State Area into a dictatorship and hia tyranny was so bad that nobody knew what summer was.
- He changed his dimension's Perry into a cyborg .
- He tried to kill Phineas, Ferb, Candace, Perry the Platypus and the other dimension Heinz Doofenshmirtz.
- He tried to take over the other dimension and endangered everyone with his Normbots.
- He tried to kill Phineas, Ferb and Doofenshmirtz when he failed to take over the Tri-State Area.
