Malum Kranus, also known as Anti-Pops, is the main antagonist of the Cartoon Network animated TV series Regular Show.

He is the evil younger twin brother and archenemy of Pops Maellard and is a godlike embodiment of evil, who is so powerful that he is capable of destroying the universe. He wants to kill his older twin brother Pops and reduce the entire universe to a white void to make it in his eyes "better". He is the strongest and most powerful villain in the Regular Show series as well as the cause of most of the chain of events in recent seasons.

He was voiced by Robert Englund.

His Qualities

What Makes Him Entertaining?

• He is shown to be the exact antithesis of Pops, who is sweet and kind, as Anti-Pops himself is cruel and evil.
  • His catchphrase "jolly bad show" is the opposite of and borrowed from Pops' iconic catchphrase "jolly good show".
• He has a great voice acting performance by Robert Englund.
• He manipulated the events throughout the series, and is shown to be the most powerful of all the villains who have appeared as he is a god-like embodiment of evil so powerful that he's capable of destroying the universe.
• He has some comedic moments, notably how he makes one-star reviews for things during his free time.
• In the last moments of his life, he ends up regretting his actions so much to the point where he wants to change and wishes that he could take his actions back and shows care for Pops, embracing him with a smile as they fall into the sun and die together.

What Makes Him Detestable?

• He is mainly portrayed as a sadistic tyrant whose only pride and joy is to kill anyone in his path of destruction, being not above erasing anyone who stands in his way or displeases him.
• He sadistically erased each of Pops' friends from existence while making him watch.
• He ends up nearly erasing the entire universe from existence as well as even his own henchmen who were completely loyal to him.
• He can be incredibly petty at times, as seen when he erased a cashier out of existence just for taking too long and when he gives out one-star reviews just for fun.
