Incompetent

Entertainingly Detestable that show incompetence and are more likely to fail their plans than fulfill them. Since they are often challenging, it's quite rare for Entertainingly Detestable to be incompetent, but if at least show that they can be a genuine threat at times, then they may be here.

Note: Don't add characters who are simply dimwitted and/or lack competence. This is for characters who are comedic in nature who are more likely to fail in their plans. Those should go under Dimwits instead.
