Oppressors

Oppressors demeans, victimize and/or demoralize group of people or even entire societies. This is usually done by Tyrant standards but may be achieved by anyone from Control Freaks Socio-Political Movements.

In general Oppressors will be concerned with keeping their victims in line as opposed to outright harming them although they will not hesitate to murder anyone against them.
