He's the owner of Moron Mountain and the abusive boss of the Nerdlucks.

What Makes Him Entertaining?[]
- Danny DeVito’s performance is considered amazing and funny.
- He has many comedic moments such as being egotistical in an amusing way, his laughable plan about making the Looney Tunes into amusement park attractions when he can just make new attractions, and his defeat when he gets blasted off into outer space.
- His design is kinda cool despite being kinda ugly too.
- He's a very dark and intimidating villain for Looney Tunes.
- He has some Evil is Cool moments.
- He's quite strong.
What Makes Him Detestable?[]
- He abuses his henchmen the Nerdlucks who are genuinely loyal to him.
- While his plan is laughable he planned on enslaving the Looney Tunes.
- He planned on making Michael Jordan's life miserable, with signing autographs all day and always lose in basketball to guests.
- Even when the Nerdlucks became the Monstars he continued to abuse them.
- He's one of the most evil Looney Tunes villains.
