Professor Otto Wolfgang Zündapp, who is more known as simply Professor Zündapp or Professor Z, is the secondary antagonist of Cars 2. the second installment of the Cars franchise.

His voice was provided by Thomas Kretschmann in both German and English.

What Makes Him Entertaining?[]

He has a very impressive Evil is Cool vibe, as he has many evil moments that are considered enjoyable as well as having a pretty well personality as a villain.
He has a very high intelligence as he is able to create a EMP weapon disguised as a camera designed to blow up other cars engines.
Even though he is the secondary antagonist who follows Sir Miles Axlerod's orders, Zündapp not only wanted to sabotage the world grand prix, but he also killed Rod Redline and Leland Turbo in cold blood.
Just like with Axlerod, Zündapp managed to rise up the ranks to become second in command with the lemons.
He successfully hides his nature of being a criminal to everyone around him in public.
He has a well done villainous voice due to a legendary performance by Thomas Kretschmann.

What Makes Him Detestable?[]

He is way too violent and sadistic to be a Magnificent Baddie, as he killed both Rod Redline and Leland Turbo in cold blood, as well as trying to kill Lightning McQueen and Mater with a push of a button to a strapped bomb on Mater's hood while Zündapp sadistically smiles at attempting to kill them.
He is a coward, as he is shown driving away in fear after Holley Shiftwell points guns at his face to stop his plan of blowing up McQueen and Mater.
He only gets along with the other Lemons because they are professional, showing no true friendship for them.
