His Qualities[]
What Makes Him Entertaining?[]
- Steven Ogg's voice acting performance is amazing.
- He is shown to deeply love his mother and is willing to do whatever it takes to please her, and cried heavily when he no longer found her inside his house.
- While taken seriously in-universe, he comes across as extremely comedic to the audience due to his insanity.
- Despite his ruthlessness, Trevor is extremely intelligent, realizing he needs to get rid of the Lost MC to avoid getting assassinated due to him killing Johnny, as well as understanding several of Michael's heist plans.
- He is very affable to Franklin and, at times, Michael.
- Overall, he is one of the most loved characters in the franchise due to his excellent performance and being the most comedic member of the protagonists.
- Has standards against betrayal, even becoming enemies with Michael because he got Brad killed in order to live scot-free.
- During gameplay, his Red Mist special ability is reminiscent and similar to Blind Rage from the game Scarface: The World Is Yours where Tony Montana becomes invincible, is given unlimited ammunition, his weapons deal more damage to enemies, he can auto-target multiple enemies at once and every kill gives +200 points of his health back.
- During gameplay, his Red Mist special ability is also reminiscent and similar to Slaughter Mode from the game The Punisher where Frank Castle becomes invincible, his melee attacks deal more damage to enemies, is given unlimited throwing knives and his health regenerates.
- During gameplay, his Red Mist special ability is thirdly reminiscent and similar to Agro special move from Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition and Midnight Club: Los Angeles where the player's car becomes indestructible, deals more damage to other racers, police vehicles, traffic, objects and debris while ramming them off the road.
What Makes Him Detestable?[]
- He is one of the few GTA characters who canonically is willing to commit murder and other crimes, which makes him popular among fans.
