Ultraman Belial is one of the main antagonists of the Ultraman franchise, serving as the main antagonist of Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Galaxy Legends The Movie, Ultraman Zero: The Revenge Of Belial, Ultraman Zero Fight, and Ultraman Geed; the overarching antagonist of Ultra Galaxy Gaiden: Ultraman Zero Vs. Darkclops Zero; and a posthumous overarching antagonist in Ultraman Z. He is the arch enemy of Ultraman Zero and Ultraman Geed, as well as the latter’s genetic father.

What Makes Him Entertaining?[]
- He has a very memorable, cool, and intimidating design, benefiting his personality.
- Similary, his other forms such as his Keizer design, his arc form, his Belyuruda form, his armored darkness form, his Zero Darkness form, his Chimeraberos form, and his Atrocious form, all of which are equally memorable and exposing.
- He has many evil is cool moments such as:
- Him taking on the residents of M78 including the Ultra brothers and Father of Ultra and defeating them all.
- Him taking on Rei’s Gomora, Litra, Ultraman, Ultraseven, and Mebius and overwhelming them.
- His introduction in Ultra Zero Fight, where he is revealed to be alive while dawning armored darkness.
- Him taking down all members of Ultimate force Zero without breaking a sweat while possessing Zero.
- He is one of the most dangerous villains in the franchise having managed to invade the land of light twice, steal the plasma spark, gather an entire army of robots (including duplicates of Ultraman Zero) temporarily managed to destroy Geed’s universe.
What Makes Him Detestable?[]
- He is way too arrogant, power hungry, petty, sadistic and cruel as he went out of his way to attack the land of light multiple times, conquer the multiverse, and even destroy an entire an entire universe, all of spite towards the Ultras and to satisfy his lust for power.
- He takes no responsibility for the fact that it was him touching the plasma spark that got him banished in the first place and stubbornly rejects Geed’s offer of redemption.
- He is extremely ungrateful and greedy as shown by him immediately killing a Zarab Alien with the Giga battleneizer after he freed him from his prison (which he had been contained for thousands of years) and offered him the chance to rule the universe together.
- He has a major kick the dog moment in Ultra Zero Fight where he possessed Zero and made him kill his friends Glenfire, Mirror Knight, Jean-Nine, and Jean Bit in brutal ways while he was still conscious, temporarily causing him to fall into despair.
